LA CHAINE DES ROTISSEURS BARBEQUE On a pleasant summer’s day, sixty-one chaine members and their guests gathered on the beautiful patio at the home of William and Sue Pechtel. Four exective chefs: Simon Smotkowicz (Shaw Conference Centre); Sony Sung (Bistecca Restaurant); Emmanuel David (La Persaud Bistro); and Michael Brown (Fantasy Land Hotel) including their sous chefs prepared a sumptuous barbecued feast.
